I understand not being popular, but this is no longer tolerable. I do not have the 'Social Gene', thus I spend my time building software because I enjoy it. lI am currently experiencing something I can't be silent any longer. I have built code that is awesome, I give it all away for free, but since YouTube knows I watched half of two Alex Jones videos, my videos do not get recommended to anyone. I am willing to bet, at least 1 in 100 C# programmers would think the opensource free projects I give away are worth the price of free.
I realize I only have 468 subscribers after 11 years on YouTube, but a simple search of C# should get some finders. The way YouTube's algorithm's work, they know they make money if they recommend someone who is popular, they can show ads and on mine they don't bother.
If 100 out of 100 people tell me "Retire old man", I will go away. If 1 person likes it and learns something, it is worth it to me.
This is how bad my channel is. I get 1 view, for 20 seconds out of a 56 minute video, and it is in 7th place. I should have taken a screen shot when it was in 5th place with 0 views, but I was too busy crying.
The two main programs in this video, are both one of the best things to happen to C#, and if someone popular created either one, they would have 100 stars or more.

I even welcome criticism, or feedback as to why someone would not think this is as awesome as I do. I now do things in an hour that used to take days or more. My only guess is that experienced C# developers do not watch videos as often as beginners. Currently we live in a world, where only popular people can give away free code, and I think we all lose out.
