A short story explains this best:
Imagine you have micro-service deployed, and suddenly, without you changing anything, it doesn't work anymore.
After some time you detect that someone else deployed a new version of their micro-service and a change their broke your service.
It would help tremendously in debugging such cases, if you could simply view some kind of "deployment history" on a team level.
Currently you can only see the history per repository and only within that repository, which makes this such a very time-intense process that it's not really feasable.
