what could be a problem to find forestance i hosted my website on internet but it came up with no displaying image?

Your images are on the same level as the index.html, so just include the image name in the src attribute. For instance, use <img src="bubble.jpeg"> instead of <img src="../my-politfoliowebsite/img/bubble.jpeg">. However, just so you're aware, the way your website is structured is not great at all. Please look at this. Also, deploy your website on Netlify, Heroku, or Vercel. Use Netlify for simple use cases/websites.

Pathing to files is relative to where you are adding the pathing (index.html in this case). For JavaScript, when using script, it is relative to the page displayed (for you, index.html). As a notice, ./ says that you want to start the path at the same level as the file you put that in. ../ says to go back one directory level from the file you put it in.
