1. Make your search useful. I prefer to Google packages over your search functionality.
2. Make a repository downvote mechanism with mandatory comments. For instance, lots of Go modules in here have retarded layouts. A good number of downvotes with comments may teach their owners how to structure their Go code properly.

Also, you could give a way to disable the feed altogether – I work with my repositories and pull requests in here, I don't need a noise.
