"Error occurred while proxying request" while working on 127.0.0.1:3000

I'm currently working on codespaces, and I've forwarded my private port to 127.0.0.1:3000, as detailed in this post. #10560

However, when I try to make an auth request to my app, I run into this error:

frontend_1 | [HPM] Error occurred while proxying request 127.0.0.1:3000/app/login to http://api:5002/ [ECONNREFUSED] (https://nodejs.org/api/errors.html#errors_common_system_errors)

Any idea why that might be the case?

3000 : more than one website URL access so it's giving the error.
For example: react is 3000 and Json Server also 3000 URL by default.

hmm, when I look at the ports I don't see any duplicates.

Is there a way to check if two ports are mapped to 3000?
