Action fails with error: "## Error: not found" -- that's it!! Nothing else! How do I find out what was "not found"

This is the first time I've used actions. The error I'm getting here is absolutely useless!

Judging by the output, the ubuntu image was found and the action repo image was found (SHA stated) so what the heck was "not found" ??? How on earth does a person effectively troubleshoot this? Anyone ever seen this kind of thing before? My web searching is yielding nothing.

I suppose it's possible that the action repo application is throwing this, but I would love a better output that "not found" -- is that an action thing or??

I suggest to add your GH workflow code.
As for debugging - you can activate GHA debug mode.

I'm not sure how to activate GHA debug mode. I haven't found that in documentation anywhere [yet]

• Regarding error itself - I suggest reporting here https://github.com/amannn/action-semantic-pull-request/issues. I didn't use this action, it may be either wrong input for some params, or bug.
