I am sponsoring a few people and organizations via GitHub sponsors. It only requires your credit card credentials (without a third party) to transfer the preferred tier amount to the receiver. But to become a member of the GitHub Sponsors program, you must have a Stripe account which is impossible to set up in many countries. I saw videos where people use fake addresses to register. Why is there no ability to receive the money directly to your credit card?
