Requested Changes showing inaccurate/misleading data

On mobile, requested changes seems to indicate a comment and that no changes are holding back the pr from going through except for the x on reviews. This is quite confusing especially compared to the website.

This top image is mobile for a pr:

I haven't done extensive testing, but one guess on what can cause this is if you request changes on a pr, then leave a single comment or such, it maybe switches the status to comment on mobile because that's the last thing you did?
