Being a Student I want to open my github sponsor account but stripe is showing my tax id invalid

I am from India and want to open my GitHub sponsor account, I am trying to connect my stripe account with GitHub sponsor.

As a student, I can not select an individual, because stripe doesn't support international payments for individuals.
So I selected "sole proprietorship" which asks for providing bank details and a pan card.

All the things worked but the "pan card " is showing an error as an invalid tax id. and It wants a business pan card or personal pan card.

I talked with stripe customers they told me this

I'm also seeing the same error, Invalid tax ID. Did you find a solution for this?
