Slow startup for copilot.vim

I enabled the plugin. With it, the startup time for gvim went from ~280ms to over 1s.
A snippet of vim with --startuptime:

It delays the VimEnter and BufEnter autocommands and adds a noticeable delay to some autocommands I set up.

This might be the Node version check. You can try disabling it with let g:copilot_ignore_node_version = v:true and see if the problem clears up. Though ordinarily, that doesn't run until after VimEnter.

The problem was that I put exe 'Copilot disable' on my vimrc. I couldn't find a way to make it load manually.
