I'm trying to setup some metrics gathering of jobs when they complete using the hooks in the self hosted runners, however, some required metadata for that is not included in the environment variables. Things like the job's created_at, started_at, completed_at and run name. It would also be nice if we can get access to the numeric value of the job id as well instead of doing api calls and comparing job names which is unreliable (the id in the yaml file can be different than the name in the api response at which point you can't get the job id number).

I am unable to make api calls to get this required information in the hooks because the github token is unavailable.
