it's no longer possible to check named anchored sub-section tags in MD files as github uses javascript now

http://github.com/ recently switched from the old style <a name HTML anchors to the modern id tag.

The problem is that they do it via javascript, which means any linkcheckers now fail to find the anchors unless they support javascript.

Any suggestions to how to communicate this problem to github as they probably didn't consider this need when doing the redesign.

For example, consider this URL: https://github.com/microsoft/DeepSpeed/tree/master/blogs/deepspeed-ulysses#significant-communication-volume-reduction

The significant-communication-volume-reduction id doesn't exist if you search the source code of the page, but is served via javascript.
