How can I disable the proxy url being logged in the action logs?

In this case we don't wanna expose the proxy URL that we are using and couldn't find any configuration to do so...

Also where can I find a list of URL's that the controller / runners / scalesets connect to that we need to whitelist in our proxy?

I dont know if it works, but what happend if you add the proxy url as secret to the repo?
