Hey everyone,

We've got the 'Require approvals' feature enabled, which should mean that pull requests aimed at specific branches need a set number of approvals, however, it looks like this feature isn't working as expected at the moment. Pull requests are going through without the required approvals.

Is anyone else running into this issue?
