Unable to build project due to CMake Error

Hello everyone,
I'm new to O3DE and I have been trying to set up the engine for a while now. Whenever I try to build a project, it fails with the following error. Unable to get package qt-5.15.2-rev4-windows from any download server. Enable LY_PACKAGE_DEBUG to debug.. See below the complete error log.

I ran into a variation of Unable to get package, but ran the build project a second time and it looks to have gotten past that step:
