Problem

We currently only support and provide configuration for caddy as a reverse proxy for the mathesar_service docker container this is limiting as users may want to use a different reverse proxy for deploying mathesar.

Proposed solution

We should provide sample configurations for popular reverse proxy solutions to work with mathesar.
