Firefox Picture-in-Picture not floatable in Wayland

Describe the bug
In wayland the PiP window from firefox always has a task bar (which isn't exactly an issue) and always stays on a tab respecting the current layout selected.

Expected behavior
I would like it to behave like how it does in X11.

1. Open any video in firefox
2. Click the PiP icon
