As described in #1410 , developers using the python sdk are having issues with JSON serialization errors when attempting to serialize objects loaded from the API. This is due to a breaking change made to the cattrs package starting in version 23.2, which was released a few months ago.

fix(deps): limit cattrs to versions <23.2 (#1469)

As stated in issue #1410 , `cattrs` appears to have introduced a
breaking change starting in version 23.2.

Fixes #1468
