Feature request: [UX] change the position of Advanced Setting Box

Describe the solution you'd like

First, I recommend to change the position of Advanced Setting from bottom to top. It would avoid the unexpected springback when check or uncheck the box.

And second, put Network Section below General, so that user would find out the difference between of checked Advanced Setting and unchecked directly.
