Look at the big drop there :)... I thought something was broken initially. |

I upgraded from 10.8.13 to 10.9.0 last night and all of a sudden my server (2G memory VM) memory consumption went down from like 1.6G to 800M (it still maintained after a while a common usage like listening to music, meaning this isn't due to process restart). That's roughly 800M reduced... by simply upgrading the version! :)
Well I appreciate every contributor and maintainer of Jellyfin that made this version happen, but I'm also curious what was the biggest change contributing to this reduction? I believe upgrading to net8 isn't the major reason (?). Asking purely from learning perspective as I'm also a .NET developer.
Again, thank you all:) this is amazing. Suddenly I don't need to upgrade hardware anymore (I was planning to recently).
