I am in the process of configuring a large system and this involves many small unique ids that are set manually. Below is one example for a toml file that have to be updated.

id = "OP002"
resources = {[ mtnelec = true ]}

id = "OP002"
resources = {[ mtnelec = true ]}

[[operations]]
id = "OP002"
resources = {[ mtnelec = true ]}

resources = {[ mtnelec = true]}

This should be turned into:

###          MTN-ELEC        ###
################################

[[operations]]
id = "OP002"
resources = {[ mtnelec = true ]}

[[operations]]
id = "OP003"
resources = {[ mtnelec = true ]}

[[operations]]
id = "OP004"
resources = {[ mtnelec = true ]}

Is there such a feature in the pipeline, or is it a functionality that we would like to add? Also, hypothetically, which keybindings would be the most appropriate, do you think?
