WebAppPoolDefaults : Add Missing Configuration Items

Problem description

Currently the WebAppPoolDefaults only supports the following settings for an Application Pool:

• IsSingleInstance
• ManagedRuntimeVersion
• ApplicationPoolIdentity

At the bare minimum this request is to have the following items included which are available on the WebAppPool resource:

• loadUserProfile
• idleTimeout
• cpuAction
• cpuLimit
• cpuResetInterval

Having all the settings from WebAppPool would be ideal for completeness
