Suggest we refactor the MOF-based resource SqlTraceFlag as class-based resource and re-use the commands Get-SqlDscTraceFlag, Remove-SqlDscTraceFlag, Set-SqlDscTraceFlag, Add-SqlDscTraceFlag to simplify the logic of the new class-based resource.
