If I have one large hardware server, what are the best practices for configuring a Rails application running with a Puma server?
When configuring Puma, there are two important settings: WEB_CONCURRENCY and RAILS_MAX_THREADS.
On the Dokku side, I can use ps:scale to increase the number of containers running the web server.
From what I understand, there are no resource limits set by default on the containers. Therefore, I could have only one and set WEB_CONCURRENCY to match the number of CPU cores available.

How should I think?
