bug描述
cml.getSystemInfo()返回的viewportHeight不准确

复现bug的步骤

进入微信小程序，调用cml.getSystemInfo()
进入自定义导航栏页面(也即navigationStyle=custom)，获取的视口高度仍然是之前的高度，原因是cml.getSystemInfo做了缓存处理，有值就不会再调用微信的方法，导致页面结构变了，数据还是旧的数据。
