By default it would look something this: feat(TI-05): ✨ added the new blocks container

is it possible to add a option to determine the scope, something like this:
{ scopeFormat: "(scope):" // would be the default }
but by changing this to this:
{ scopeFormat: " :scope" // would be the default }
would result in: feat: TI-05 - added the new blocks container
