I understand Python logging levels should either be an integer (20, 30 etc) or a corresponding string ("INFO", "DEBUG" etc).
If an integer log level is passed to mlevel then it returns that integer which is later converted to a string and set as the environment variable on line 69. My Django app can't configure this as it's expecting either an integer or a string of the word
