Extend config string storage size

As I know, it allows to broadcast some data from server to some clients. I think it'll help to implement some cool features like changing weapon parameters using scripts on runtime, change materials on assets etc.
Or, at least, It'll be good to find used\unused config strings indexes.
Current size: 2442, stored only numbers from string lists.
