Add Proof of Burn Address to the default list of exempt addresses for sending dividends

I know we can put it in manually as an exemption, and that future forks will have an automatic burn address, but to future proof things, the default list for Ignored addresses should be Token Issuer, Proof of Burn Address

This way, someone using BTDEX doesn't accidentally send tokens to the burn address
