I tried giving a list of scripts to run, but the option is not punching through the config file and appears to be ignored. I was able to get it to work by altering gut_config.gd to ignore a non-existent config file and then using -gconfig='' to clear out the config file being used.

Fixed with new version of optparse. Can now use -gconfig= to not use a config file.
