If you start a SAM, you see this log,

10:39:12.235 [INFO] Service ready for traffic.baseVersion= executionVersion=

This is from 1.19.17; it should show the version strings, but they're empty. They shouldn't be!

this actually only happens on 1.19.x versions of SAMs.
It does not happen in Unity 1.19.x (using old Microservice Manager), and it does not happen in 2.x versions of SAMs. As such, I'm nominating a new approach; maybe we don't fix this...
