Rotate CW or CCW maintains original image size instead of transposing X/Y #4450

bug report

Load an image that differs in size for X and Y.
Rotate CW or CCW (EDIT: I am using Edit>Rotate, not Sprite>Rotate -- I didn't realize there were two)
Note that the X,Y size of the image stays the same.
It should be Y,X.

Hi @JDoucette, probably you are using Edit > Rotate options that are useful to rotate the selection/active cel, but you are looking for Sprite > Rotate Canvas.

Hi @dacap - you are correct, I was using Edit > Rotate.
