[iOS][weex doctor] CocoaPods installed but not initialized #3318

Describe the bug

执行 weex doctor 报错，检测未安装 CocoaPods，但是当前 CocoaPods 安装正常

Environment

macOS 12.6
Xcode 13.2.1
weex 2.0.0-beta.32 (Core 2.0.0-beta.32)

@weex-cli/doctor : v2.0.0-beta.32
@weex-cli/generator : v2.0.0-beta.32
@weex-cli/run : v2.0.0-beta.32
@weex-cli/device : v2.0.0-beta.32
