其中IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security是CCF A类，但是却在google scholar上标记为Not Found.

IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security 是网络与信息安全分类中的A类期刊，但是dblp和scholar中均标注为CCF None。求更新

fix WenyanLiu#44 and enhancements

In issue WenyanLiu#44 ：
(1) 修复了dblp中会议集的显示问题，仅做逻辑扩充，仍保留原有做法
(2) 修复了`oopsla` url 与当前dblp中实际使用不一致的问题
Addition：
(1) 扩充了fetchrank的逻辑，现在可用简写进一步规避未找到情形和排除非正式发表tag，也因此部分修复了issue WenyanLiu#40 WenyanLiu#21 的问题
(2) 将scholar中代码格式调整至一致
(3) fetchrank中记录了一个新缺陷，在datagen中存在的会议，在abbr中缺失
note：只有2h的js功力，仅做了简单测试，可能存在潜在bug
继续干活了~

Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing也显示为CCF None，但是它实际上应该是CCF A

发生错误的页面example：https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=YrQxT8cAAAAJ&view_op=list_works&sortby=pubdate ，其中Cover reproducible steganography via deep generative models应该是TDSC（CCF A）
