ISSUE
The application name obtained from GetApplicationPropertyString differs when launched under different conditions.

OS Windows 11
SteamVR 2.3.1 (This has been observed in earlier versions as well, I think it has been observed for several months now.)
Valve Index

STEPS
1.
Launch SteamVR
Launch Game
The application names obtained from GetApplicationPropertyString for some games:
Pavlov VR = Pavlov1.0.6
Eleven Table Tennis = Oculus VR Plugin (Unknown Engine)
2.
(This step can be replicated on a wired VR headset such as the Valve Index.)
Close SteamVR.
Launch the game. SteamVR starts automatically.
The application names obtained from GetApplicationPropertyString for some games:
Pavlov VR = Pavlov VR
Eleven Table Tennis = Eleven Table Tennis

RESULTS
The application name obtained from GetApplicationPropertyString differs when launched under different conditions.

EXPECTED
The application name obtained from GetApplicationPropertyString is always the same.
The names match exactly what the games are called on Steam, if the game is from Steam.
