🔥 feat: Improve strategy configuration

Describe the feature request

Simplify the edit strategy screen and improve the experience for different needs. Users that need a simple configuration don't need to see all the options before they save/update a strategy.

Background

We constantly collect feedback in Unleash, and over the last few months of 2023 we started seeing a trend that our users felt the screen to configure activation strategies was getting a bit too complex with too many options for the simple use-cases.
