Describe the bug
In "Basic" scene example the agent is reset through reloading the scene, which causes the one agent to change his ID, when it should stay the same. Every reload increases the agent ID by 1, so after 10 episodes, a scene with one agent requests a decision for agent with agent_id of 10.

That does not happen in every other example and I assume it is not intended.

Environment:

  • Unity Version: Unity 2023.2.12f1
  • OS + version: Windows 10
  • ML-Agents version: latest develop branch from source
  • Torch version: 2.0.1+cu118
  • Environment: Basic
