这个功能解决了什么问题

选择日期无法不保留时间并重置到 00:00
选择日期后，或者时问后，一定要强制选择确定，当如果只更改单个时间时，点
两次
输入也一样，很多时候输入完成了，也要面板点一下确定或者回车，没办法去快捷的输入
