I have Copy URL to Clipboard enabled in After Upload Tasks:

If I upload a screenshot directly from the Quick Task Menu, everything behaves correctly.

If I create a screenshot but open it in Image Editor first, when I use the Upload function, the image is uploaded, the URL is created, and an entry in History does show up, but the URL is not copied to clipboard:
