[Bug] GPU/Backend not rendering when exiting fullscreen

Description of the issue

GPU and the backend doesn't render if you start a game in fullscreen then exit fullscreen, both screenshots were taken after leaving fullscreen

Reproduction steps

1. check "Start Games in fullscreen"
2. run a game
3. exit fullscreen
