[Bug] Vulkan ErrorInitializationFailed crash when applying controller settings while in game

Description of the issue

Whenever i would apply controller when started a game it crashes and sometimes when going fullscreen with F11

Reproduction steps

1. Start game and asked to apply controller i use and then it crashes when applied.
2. F11 also can do the same effect that it crashes while in game.
