I recently started getting this message whenever I try to launch P3R from Reloaded II. Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Reloaded shouldn't be passing any extra commandline parameters to the App, or modify game code by default.

Can you confirm whether this is caused by a mod or not? And more importantly, does the game boot unmodded?

I've tried booting the game unmodded but it still opens the reloaded startup window and gives me the same error as before

Delete your Reloaded.Mod.Bootstrapper.asi in game folder and see if it happens when booting from exe.

If it doesn't boot unmodded, have you tried validating your game files?

sorry if this is a dumb question but what exactly do you mean by "validate"?

On Microsoft Store that's called Verify Files and is found under the Settings gear.

On Steam that's called Verify Integrity of Game Files and is found under (Right Click) Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Files
