this page should be updated to just be a standalone introduction to the transpiler page, and remove references to transpile being a step in the old "build-transpile-verify-run" flow

DO NOT MERGE before patterns reorg work is ready. We're still figuring out how to organise files etc. cc @Eric-Arellano
