[BUG]: There was a problem with request to openai API

What happened?

I'm using haiku model and getting this error message, but only on the very last step (creating README) after 100% completion.

There was a problem with request to openai API:
Invalid control character at: line 4 column 1989 (char 2040)

This problem came up for me again. It shuts the CLI process down but I can resume I can continue I believe, although it might skip that step entirely maybe because of a character it didn't like.
