[REQ] Add support for new Helidon releases (2.x, 3.x, and new major version 4.0)

Helidon has released updates to 2.x and 3.x and has released a new major version 4.x.

The Helidon-specific generators should be revised to support the updates to 2 and 3 and the new major 4.x release.

Background

Some of the Helidon APIs have changed in 4.x so the code generators need to reflect that.

The Helidon team plans to work on this issue.
