Actually, i'm more surprised nobody ever mentioned it until now.

Dev side:

  • control precisely what version of what libraries are included or not.
  • concentrate on only one release, available for all OS
  • reduce requirements to only WildStar 16042 client

Admins side:

  • Installation and updates made easy
  • Everything can be contained in one script that will :
    • git pull both NexusForever and NexusForever.WorldDatabase
    • build server then replace the previous one still online using docker compose
