What happened?

Removing a filter from the filter popover causes the DataGrid to refresh; refresh should only occur when selecting "apply" ?

Expected behavior

Selecting apply in the filter popover would be how the filter is applied.

Currently if you apply any new filter, the server query is not made until you select apply. But if you press the "x" then the server query is run
