Before switching to Linkmap, I used Tab-Outliner, and one thing it did that I absolutely loved was that if you were to close a previously saved window using the "X" at the top of the window, the saved window would remain in the tree.
Reproduction (When I say "window", I am not referring to the Link-Map window)
Create a new window.
Using Link-Map, name windows using pencil icon.
Using Link-Map, close window using "X" button (Not the one at the one at the top of the window)
Using Link-Map, re-open the named window.
Close the window using the "X" button in the top right corner of the window.
[Expected behavior] Window closes and its entry in the tree remains.
[Actual behavior] Window closes and its entry in the tree is removed.
