It's bepinex.net a official website?

I noticed two websites on search result, one is docs.bepinex.dev, the other is bepinex.net.
Surely, docs.bepinex.dev is official, but I don't know about bepinex.net.
The cert of them are from Google Trust Services LLC.
I have never found bepinex.net appear on docs.bepinex.dev

Proposed solution

It's bepinex.net a official website?
If yes or no, better to declaration it.

Speaking as a user with no affiliation to this project, I would not download from that site. It's outdated anyway (latest there is 5.4.21, nearly 2 years old).
