cache, config, patchers, and plugins not being created

What happened?

while trying to install bepin ex for usage with baldis basic plus mods, the cache, config, patchers and plugins folders (as well as the log output text file) are never created. ive looked at the bug reports here and've seen this has occurred before.

what does 19045.4291 mean? i think its the same issue with bbcr, try another unity game
